Выплаты пациенту
Пациенты не получают оплаты за свое участие в терапевтических клинических испытаниях. Однако если у них возникают сложности с транспортом, которые могут сказаться на запланированных визитах, спонсор может выделить пациенту средства на транспортные расходы, которые распределяет среди пациентов исследователь.
При проведении биомедицинских исследований (например, изучение биоэквивалентности препаратов), когда при участии в исследовании пациент не получает пользы в виде лечения, предусмотрены выплаты испытуемым. В таких случаях порядок выплат и их суммы — предмет рассмотрения Этического комитета.
